Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
The strength of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu lies in its realistic ground techniques. Especially in different kinds of submissions and chokes. Real combat situations almost always lead to close contact and eventually to the ground. Sport BJJ resembles Judo a little bit, but as a Judo fight finishes with both fighters on the mat, a BJJ fight is just about to begin. The aim of a Sport BJJ fight is to force the opponent to submit with a lock or a choke hold.
