Users have to make an user account to buy training times and products.
Payments will go through Bambora PayForm (Paybyway Oy, y-tunnus 2486559-4), which is registered to Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. User will be directed to Bambora's services and payment happens there. Bambora will transfer payments to the merchant. Payment is safe because all information related to the payment are transferred via secure connection.
With PayForm Service you can pay with your Finnish bank account, wallet, debit/credit cards, invoice or hire purchase. Following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard ja Debit MasterCard, and Mash.
MobilePay
You can pay with MobilePay if you have allowed online purchases in your MobilePay settings. Payments done with MobilePay wallet are charged with the connected card.
If payment fails, it's not possible to pay with MobilePay wallet in online.

Mash
With Mash Invoice you'll receive the products before payment and you get 45 days of payment time without interest.
You can also change the invoice to hire purchase. With Mash Hire Purchase you can choose the payment time that suits
you (3, 6, 9, 12, 18 or 24 months) and you'll receive the products before payment. You can also pay the total amount
at once without additional fees. You can choose Mash Invoice or Mash Hire Purchase if you live in Finland and are

Jousto invoice and hire purchase is a Finnish service. Jousto is meant for retail customers. You get 30 days of payment time without interest or fees.
After you receive the invoice you can choose whether you want to pay it in full on in parts. With hire purchase you can pay your invoice in as much as 36 parts, starting at 9.90 eur/month.
Jousto hire purchase expenses are 3,90 eur/month and 19,90% credit interest. You can use Jousto to pay 30–3000 euro purchases. Creditor is Aurajoki Nordic Oy.

Services i.e. training, membership or course fees cannot be transferred
In the event of injury or sickness it is possible to extend training times against a medical certificate.
Customer has the right to return unused products within 14 days since receiving them. The product has to be in the same shape and in the same package as it was when it was received.
Clearance products cannot be returned or changed.
Customer should send a return notice to porvoo@sportsacademyno1.fi before returning the product. Return product is sent to Sports Academy No. 1, Mestarintie 23, 06150 Porvoo
Customer will always pay shipment fees for return or exchange products. In the event of warranty, Sports Academy No. 1 will pay.
The customer should notify Sports Academy No. 1 as soon as possible, if he/she receives a wrong product or faulty product. The product is then returned to Sports Academy No. 1 and Sports Academy No. 1 will reimburse the possible expenses immediately after.
Sports Academy No. 1 is not responsible if delivery is delayed or prevented because of circumstances beyond their control, such as war, natural disaster, import or export bans, authoritative decisions, political situations, traffic issues or similar events that make operation harder or impossible for Sports Academy No. 1.
Disputes are resolved according to Finnish Law
